Ministerial Positions: Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma serves those in need in the name of the Catholic Church. In positions listed as ministerial, the employee speaks for the Church when delivering services. Program Coach – Transitional Living

This full-time, hourly, benefited position facilitates the transition of women living in Madonna House and St. Elizabeth Lodge into permanent housing by providing coaching and supportive services. This position also develops and implements an external supportive housing program for former residents and client referrals from other CCEOK programs. All work will be done in partnership and collaboration with the Manager of Transitional Living. The work schedule includes day and evening work times as well as some weekends.

Hospice Caregiver – Porta Caeli House

The hospice caregiver serves a supportive role, acting as an advocate for the guest/family/caregiver. The position of hospice caregiver provides personal care, delivery of medication in accordance with the hospice plan of care along with emotional and spiritual care for the guest and their circle. This is done while following all organizational and program policies and procedures and maintaining the values of Catholic Social Teachings.

This part-time position assists with the overall operations of Madonna House and St. Elizabeth Lodge and helps support the needs of residents and their families. Requires overnight shifts, including weekends.

Coordinator and Instructor – Car Care Clinic

This full-time, benefited position manages the day-to-day activities in the Car Care Clinic (CCC) and repairs vehicles that are accepted into the program. Vehicles from approved sources will be repaired and put in reliable working order through a committed volunteer base. Some approved repairs may be outsourced to qualified mechanics who are in an established relationship with Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma (CCEOK). Additionally, this position will develop and execute an automotive training certification program that will allow students to gain skills and increase their income capacity. The program builds relationships within the industry and the community and is consistent with CCEOK Core Values. Objectives will include improving students’ earning potential, meeting enrollment, retention and graduation targets, and providing functional vehicles that are safe for client and CCEOK fleet use.
