Position Description

This part-time position provides administrative support within the office of Business and Finance.

Key Tasks

  • Collect and sort daily incoming mail
  • Coordinate and order organizational office supply needs
  • Assist in preparation and process daily deposits
  • Assist in preparation and process accounts payable
  • Support facilities/maintenance as needed
  • Managing office equipment service and supplies for copier, fax and computers
  • Serve as primary backup for accounts receivable as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO as needed
  • Provide assistance during the annual audit
  • Collect and report copier and postage department allocation and usage
  • Duties as assigned

Key Skills

  • 3 years of education or experience in accounting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Financial Edge and Outlook
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
