Database Coordinator

Position Description

This part-time position manages the donor database and related tools, ensuring clean data, accurate mailing lists, and insightful reports that drive fundraising decisions.

CCEOK’s Development team raises funds to advance Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma’s mission: to be Christ’s merciful love to those who suffer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

   Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and reports to track Development metrics
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations

   

   Mail & Email Lists

  • Build and segment mailing lists, auditing for duplicates and checking for accuracy
  • Set list criteria with Development staff
  • Integrate data across RE NXT, MaestroSoft, and other platforms

 

   Event Data Support

  • Prepare and maintain databases and mailing lists for events, oversee credit‑card processing, and manage post‑event follow‑up
  • Deliver post‑event reports, analyzing outcomes and donor engagement

 

   Database Administration

  • Update records, merge duplicates, mark deceased constituents, and perform routine data‑health checks
  • Safeguard data privacy and security in compliance with regulations

 

   Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, nonprofit management, or related field
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT, MaestroSoft, Google Analytics preferred
  • Strong query/report writing and direct-mail skills preferred
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and analytical
  • Strong communicator who collaborates well with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to living out the mission of Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma
