CCEOK Child Care Terms
  1. CCEOK childcare is reserved for emergency cases only. Please try to arrange for personal childcare. If no options are available to you, CCEOK is happy to provide childcare assistance.
  2. Childcare is only offered for dependents and/or children in the legal custody of CCEOK students.
  3. Please let us know if any of your children are sick or have an infection. For the safety of others, children who are sick and/or displaying symptoms commonly associated with sickness (fever, runny nose, vomiting, etc.) may not be admitted into CCEOK childcare. Children who are absent from school due to sickness will not be admitted.
  4. If your child does not yet walk, they are not allowed into the daycare room (except on official testing dates). Infants and toddlers not yet able to walk may stay with their parent within the classroom.
  5. Childcare employees and volunteers will under no circumstances change any diapers. If your child needs to go to the bathroom while in childcare, the parent/guardian will be asked to temporarily leave class to assist their child.
  6. Children must be picked up immediately following the end of class. If you need to meet with CCEOK staff following class, please alert childcare workers prior to the start of class.
  7. There is a limit on the number of children allowed in the childcare room. Depending on staff availability, there may be times when childcare capacity is reached and preventing the admission or your child. If this occurs, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to find an alternative arrangement.
  8. If a child has been crying for more than 20 minutes, the child will be returned back to the parent or guardian.
  9. We always enjoy snack donations from parents for the children to enjoy. Parents may pack their own snacks if they choose.
  10. CCEOK is not responsible for the loss of personal care items/toys.
  11. If you have extra time, please help put toys back where they belong.
  12. All staff have been VIRTUS trained in accordance with CCEOK’s Child, Youth and Vulnerable Adult Protection Program.
