This full-time, benefited position manages the day-to-day activities in the Car Care Clinic (CCC) and repairs vehicles that are accepted into the program. Vehicles from approved sources will be repaired and put in reliable working order through a committed volunteer base. Some approved repairs may be outsourced to qualified mechanics who are in an established relationship with Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma (CCEOK). Additionally, this position will develop and execute an automotive training certification program that will allow students to gain skills and increase their income capacity. The program builds relationships within the industry and the community and is consistent with CCEOK Core Values. Objectives will include improving students' earning potential, meeting enrollment, retention and graduation targets, and providing functional vehicles that are safe for client and CCEOK fleet use.
