This position oversees the daily operations of the Counseling reception and front desk area, ensuring a seamless, hospitable, and secure central intake point for clients. This role manages the Counseling program’s admin personnel, workflows, and administrative volunteers.

This position will prepare cases for submission and represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS), Department of State (DOS), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and Board of Immigration Appeals.

This full-time benefited position assists with the overall operations of Madonna House and St. Elizabeth Lodge and helps support the needs of residents and their families. Requires weekends and some day and evening hours.

The Hospice Caregiver serves in a supportive role and acts as an advocate for the guest and their family. The Hospice Caregiver provides personal care and administers medication in alignment with the hospice plan of care, while also offering emotional and spiritual support to the guest and their circle of family and friends. All responsibilities are carried out following organizational and program policies and procedures, and in a manner that reflects the values of Catholic Social Teaching.
