This part-time, temporary position reviews assistance applications, schedules and conducts client appointments at Our Daily Bread in Stillwater, assesses client needs, and determines eligibility for financial assistance. The Caseworker provides budgeting support and financial coaching, connects clients with community resources, and makes referrals to partner agencies.

Responsibilities include advocating on behalf of clients with utility companies and other service providers, processing assistance payments, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and documenting services provided. Limited scheduling and administrative duties may be performed remotely.

This full-time, hourly, benefited position plays a key role in supporting the Adult Education Program at Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma. Working collaboratively in a team environment, the individual in this role manages a broad range of administrative functions and volunteer coordination responsibilities to ensure effective volunteer engagement and program delivery. In addition to overseeing day-to-day volunteer operations, this position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage the broader community, foster partnerships, and promote the mission of Adult Education. This includes strengthening existing collaborations and proactively reaching out to parishes throughout the diocese. The position is primarily scheduled during daytime hours, with occasional evening and weekend commitments required for events. Holidays are excluded.

This role provides individualized career coaching, job readiness training, resume and interview support, and job search assistance. The Career Navigator collaborates closely with training instructors, employers, and community partners to connect participants with meaningful employment opportunities. While the position primarily serves students enrolled in Catholic Charities job training programs, it also extends services to members of the public seeking career guidance.

This full-time benefited position provides high-quality legal services to low-income individuals in assessing their eligibility for immigration benefits and then helping them apply for those benefits. This position will prepare cases for submission and represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS), Department of State (DOS), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and Board of Immigration Appeals.

This full-time benefited position assists with the overall operations of Madonna House and St. Elizabeth Lodge and helps support the needs of residents and their families. Requires weekends and some day and evening hours.

The Hospice Caregiver serves in a supportive role and acts as an advocate for the guest and their family. The Hospice Caregiver provides personal care and administers medication in alignment with the hospice plan of care, while also offering emotional and spiritual support to the guest and their circle of family and friends.
