This full-time, benefited position plays a key role in supporting the Workforce Development program (including Car Care and Kitchen programs). Working collaboratively in a team environment, the individual in this role manages a broad range of administrative functions and volunteer coordination responsibilities to ensure effective volunteer engagement and program delivery. In addition to overseeing day-to-day volunteer operations, this position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage the broader community, foster partnerships, and promote the goals of the Workforce Development program. This includes strengthening existing collaborations and proactively reaching out to parishes throughout the diocese. The position is primarily scheduled during daytime hours, with some evening and weekend commitments required. Holidays are excluded.

The Hospice Caregiver provides personal care and administers medication in alignment with the hospice plan of care, while also offering emotional and spiritual support to the guest and their circle of family and friends.
