Program Changes due to COVID-19

We are changing our processes to be able to continue to serve those in need in our community, but also to keep our lobbies empty to provide a safe environment. If you volunteer in one of our locations, please contact your coordinator for any changes.

Emergency Assistance Program (Tulsa only):

FOOD: We are handing out food Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to noon and 12:30pm to 2 pm via drive-through. Please stay in your car; we will load the food in your trunk. You will need to show identification but will not need to meet with a case worker.

CLOTHING: Our clothing center is closed and will not reopen. We are expanding our food distribution capacity. We no longer accept donations of clothing or household items.

Although we are unable to serve walk-ins with anything other than food, our Emergency Assistance case workers can help with some basic needs. We can also connect you to other resources available in the community, especially if you are experiencing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19.

  • If you are in need of help with utilities due to COVID-19, you may qualify for assistance. Email us at ehelp@cceok.org for more information.
  • Prescription Assistance: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering prescription assistance to those people in the Tulsa Metro Area who have lost their insurance or ability to pay for prescription medications.   • If you need immediate help with other services, contact 211 Eastern Oklahoma by dialing 2-1-1 (anytime, 24/7) to talk to a specialist.
  • If you need help with other necessities not listed above, please call (918) 508-7160 (English) or (918) 508-7161 (Spanish) and leave a message with your name, phone number and services needed. Messages will be returned as soon as possible in the order received.

Farmers To Families Food Box Progam: Free food boxes with produce and dairy are being distributed across Eastern Oklahoma. For more information on locations, days and times, visit cceok.org/F2F.

Dental Clinic: Closed until further notice. We are not scheduling new patients until further notice. Stay tuned...great things are coming to our dental clinic! We appreciate your patience. Pregnancy Clinic: Appointments are being kept by virtual meeting unless patient needs to be seen in person. No walk-ins. Call 918-508-7199 to schedule an appointment or for questions.

Immigration Legal Services:  Appointments are being held by phone. If you have any questions, please call 918-508-7180 and leave a message. An Immigration Legal Services staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

Adult Education (Tulsa, Stillwater, Bartlesville): Classes began September 8th. Call 918-508-7102 for more information or visit cceok.org/education.

Personal & Family Counseling: Appointments are available using a secure Telehealth connection for new and existing clients. The sessions are not recorded and are compliant with federal privacy laws. To initiate a request for service or schedule an appointment, call 918-508-7135 or 918-508-7134 (Spanish).

Kitchen Ministry: Lunch is not open to the public until further notice.

Transitional Living Programs (Madonna House and St. Elizabeth Lodge): All programs and classes are canceled. We will not have any volunteers or visitors until further notice. If you would like to support the Transitional Living Program, we are in need of diapers (size 3, 4 and 5). 

Bartlesville – Mary Martha Outreach: Food, diapers, feminine hygiene and incontinence products ONLY. Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday 9 am-11 am, Thursday 12 pm-2 pm Cars will be run through drive through line for preboxed food. Please stay in your car and we will put the food in your vehicle. Walk ups go to red door. No special food requests.

Broken Arrow – Ministry of Compassion: FOOD ONLY during normal business hours through the drive thru only. There will be no Saturday hours until further notice.

Catholic Charities Sallisaw: CURRENT HOURS: Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 2pm.  Food, household items, clothing and limited financial assistance available. For clothing: six clients may shop at one time. Please take a number and wait outside until you are called. Each client is allowed 30 minutes to shop and only one shopper per family is allowed. Masks and sanitizer are available. Masks are mandatory. Full registration is required with ID and proof of residency. Clients may receive clothing and food once every other month.

Catholic Charities McAlester: Food during regular business hours - back door pick up only. Call for limited financial assistance with rent and/or utilities.

Catholic Charities Muskogee: Normal business hours. No clients in the building. Pick up at front door.

Catholic Charities Poteau: FOOD ONLY during normal business hours - drive up.
