TULSA CAMPUS

The Market and our Adult Education 

We're building teams to help in The Market at Catholic Charities, our client-choice grocery store where families to choose their own food at no charge - and also to help change the trajectory of people's lives through Adult Education by either completing their high school equivalency exam or by building their English skills.

The Good Shepherd Kitchen Culinary Training Program is in need of teachers. 

Throughout the fall session, there are 25 life skill classes spread throughout the 12-week course. Classes cover topics such as communication, managing reactions, planning for the future, and resume development. Classes are held at noon and generally last one hour. Lesson plans and handouts are provided. An information session will be held in Classroom 8 at our Tulsa campus: 2450 N. Harvard Ave. No sign up is needed for this info session. For more information contact Christi Johnson at cjohnson@cceok.org.

Refugee Resettlement Training and Info Session 

Learn more about our Refugee Resettlement program and what volunteer opportunities are available (Apartment set-ups, airport arrivals, etc.). If you are interested in client-facing volunteer roles (driving our new neighbors around, and/or mentoring) we require this training to help prepare you for all that entails.
