TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Bishop Kelley High School, Cascia Hall Preparatory School and Gourmet on the Go are partnering with Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma to prepare meals for the local community in need.

They are requesting donations of food from the community to support their effort.

Specific ingredients will be needed each week, dependent upon the planned menu. A list of ingredients needed can be found here. Anyone donating is asked to only bring the items listed for that week.

Donations of fresh, frozen and non-perishable food can be dropped off at Bishop Kelley High School between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

If you are looking to donate only non-perishable food items, they can be dropped off at Cascia Hall between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday under the covered walkway by the corner door outside of the chapel.

All meals will be cooked and delivered to families in need and the Day Center for the Homeless on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The food will be prepared at Bishop Kelley by Gourmet on the Go and kitchen staff from Cascia Hall and Bishop Kelley. Then it will be shuttled back to Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma, where it will be distributed.
