Program Changes due to COVID-19

We are changing our processes to be able to continue to serve those in need in our community, but also to keep our lobbies empty to provide a safe environment. If you volunteer in one of our locations, please contact your coordinator for any changes.

Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma will be closed Thursday, April 9th through Monday, April 13th for Holy Week/Easter. We will resume program hours as described below on Tuesday, April 14th.

Emergency Assistance Program (Food, clothing - Tulsa only): Amended hours: Tuesday through Friday 9 am-2 pm  - DURING HOLY WEEK, we will only be distributing food Tuesday and Wednesday, April 7th and 8th, from 9 am to noon and will be CLOSED Thursday and Friday, April 9th and 10th.
We will keep everyone in their cars and bring the food to them. Clients will still need to show identification, but will not need to meet with a case worker, as we will ONLY be handing out food. Our clothing store will NOT be open and we are not accepting donations of clothing or household items at this time.

Dental Clinic: Closed until further notice. Appointments will be rescheduled. No new patient applications will be taken until further notice. Please check back in May.

Pregnancy Clinic: Appointments are being kept by virtual meeting unless patient needs to be seen in person. No walk-ins. Call 918-508-7199 to schedule an appointment or for questions.

Immigration Legal Services:  Closed until further notice. If you have an appointment scheduled with one of our Immigration Legal Services attorneys or accredited reps, someone will contact you to reschedule you for a phone appointment. If you have any questions, please call 918-508-7180 and leave a message. An Immigration Legal Services staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

Adult Education (Tulsa, Stillwater, Bartlesville): No classes until further notice. Online classes or at-home work may be possible. Contact your program coordinator.

Personal & Family Counseling: Appointments available using a secure Telehealth connection for current and former clients.

Kitchen Ministry: Chef Michael is teaming with Bishop Kelley and Cascia Hall to provide meals to the community.

Transitional Living Programs (Madonna House and St. Elizabeth Lodge): All programs and classes are canceled. We will not have any volunteers or visitors until further notice. If you would like to support the Transitional Living Program, we are in need of diapers (size 3, 4 and 5). 

Bartlesville – Mary Martha Outreach: Food, diapers, feminine hygiene and incontinence products ONLY. Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday 9 am-11 am, Thursday 12 pm-2 pm Cars will be run through drive through line for preboxed food. Please stay in your car and we will put the food in your vehicle. Walk ups go to red door. No special food requests.

Broken Arrow – Ministry of Compassion: FOOD ONLY during normal business hours through the drive thru only.

Catholic Charities Sallisaw: FOOD ONLY during normal business hours from the back door. 

Catholic Charities McAlester: Operating as usual.

Catholic Charities Muskogee: 1 person in waiting area at a time. Normal business hours.

Catholic Charities Poteau: FOOD ONLY during normal business hours - drive up.
